After Cristin Germaine held the third Dare to Dream Single Moms' Day Out in 2018, she felt a change was in order. "By the end of 2018, I was talking with trusted friends about where to go with Dare to Dream," recalled Germaine, who felt the Lord pushing her to expand the audience for the next event.
